What is Jimini Health?

Jimini Health is therapy that fits into your schedule and offers support when you need it most.

We are a team of world class experts in evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Science shows that progress between therapy sessions is key to improvement overall. We are here to enable that, led by a team of the highest quality therapists.

We provide continuous therapy through a hybrid care model that includes a combination of live teletherapy sessions, messaging based-therapy, and personalized exercises. We’ll match you with a therapist who will support your therapy goals and help you feel better!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Our support team at Jimini Health is here to help you with any changes you’d like to make to your account.

Our sole purpose is to help you feel better and improve your mental well-being. If you feel as though Jimini is no longer a good fit, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

We recognize that finding the right treatment for your mental health needs can sometimes take some trial and error. Before you cancel, please consider a few alternative options:

Switch therapists

Finding a therapist that is the right fit for you can make a huge difference in your therapy experience. If your current therapist is not a fit, please reach out to support@jiminihealth.com and we will work with you to find a therapist that better meets your needs.

Provide feedback to your therapist

Please consider having a conversation with your therapist about your experience so far and how they might adjust their approach to better meet your specific needs and preferences. Our therapists are dedicated to helping you feel better and are very receptive to feedback on how they can adapt their treatment style to get you the help you need.

If you’ve decided that you’d like to cancel your subscription to Jimini Health please email us at support@jiminihealth.com and we will process your request.

Please email at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

How do I delete my Jimini Health account?

If you’d like to delete your Jimini Health account, please email us at support@jiminihealth.com.

Please note: due to laws protecting health care information, we cannot delete your Jimini Health medical record. However, we can deactivate your Jimini Health account.

Can I use Jimini Health if I am experiencing a mental health crisis or life threatening emergency?

Jimini Health is not a crisis hotline and is not meant to be used in situations in which you or someone else are in crisis, in danger, or experiencing an emergency.

If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
